C&V Donaldson Family Office

Drake Street lies to the western fringe of the Auckland CBD, running along the southern side of Victoria Park Market. The area has experienced rejuvenation in recent years. A number of creative companies have located in the area, opting for character office accomodation in converted industrial developments.

In 2012, C&V Donaldson carried out extensive refurbishment at 34 Drake Street to convert the mixed use office/warehouse building into a development now providing two levels of character office accomodation, designed to a high standard of quality.

The open plan office accomodation retains some edgy, industrial character with the choice of materials and exposed roof structure, yet also incorporates modern design such as the architecturally designed pods that provide mezzanine accomodation.
